TD Canada Trust Project 50

TD thanks customers in a very surprising way – with an Automated Thanking Machine™ and a few life changing moments. Card in, cash out— for many it’s business as usual at the traditional ATM, but, recently, for some TD customers it was anything but.

Looking for a unique way to express its gratitude to customers, TD decided to turn to local TD branch employees for ideas. Local employees tend to know their customers pretty well, including their aspirations and dreams over the years. With the help of these employees -- and an Automated Thanking Machine -- some customers received a very special and meaningful thank you.

A just released video, entitled #TDThanksYou, captures the unexpected and very personal way TD thanked its customers. Watch as TD takes an Automated Thanking Machine, some excited employees and unsuspecting customers, a handful of beloved celebrities, really special gifts and the element of surprise to create an experience customers and employees will never forget.
