High Intensity Bootcamp Coming to CrossFit Zenith

CrossFit Zenith in Wallingford, CT is introducing a new type of workout to their schedule to complement their existing CrossFit classes.  The new workout is called “F.I.T.” and it is tough!  It challenges you with 55 minutes of non-stop effort using light weight and body weight exercises.  F.I.T. Boot Camp at CrossFit Zenith is a form of high-intensity interval training (also known as HIIT) that never lets your body grow complacent.

This means your body will burn calories more efficiently for hours - well after class ends - and that your muscles will continually be challenged, leading to more consistent results.


Memberships at CrossFit Zenith allow you to attend F.I.T. classes as well as CrossFit classes.


The coaches at CrossFit Zenith are dedicated to their members’ well-being and the two main workout programs, CrossFit and F.I.T. are designed with their members’ diverse goals in mind.  Examples of goals that have been achieved by members are losing weight, getting stronger, getting healthy, cleaning up their diets, running marathons, completing Tough Mudders, and having fun working out with a fitness community where they belong.  Whatever goals you're looking to achieve, CrossFit Zenith can help you reach them.


CrossFit Zenith is more than just a CrossFit gym.  Members appreciate the choice of participating in either F.I.T. Boot Camp classes or CrossFit classes.  A long-time member explains, "There are some days when I want to get a great workout, but I just don't feel like doing heavy lifting.  On those days, I'm really glad I have the option of going to a F.I.T. class."


At CrossFit Zenith in Wallingford, CT you are going to find people from all walks of life and at all stages of fitness. You're going to find business professionals working out next to housewives and students as well as seasoned athletes working out with people brand new to fitness.
